Free resources are being developed - resources with practical tips. The first suite of resources is the Strategic Planning module ('SP'). It starts with articulating the mission of local church ministry, the vision, followed by the values. These then become the foundation for the short and long-term strategy and the objectives on the way to seeing the vision fulfilled.
